Misleading advertising by Master Architecture Professionals

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6873-HAU-5512 placed with Master Architecture Professionals on March 9, 2025. I paid $304.78 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was sold expired products. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Herminia C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Master Architecture Professionals to fix the billing error.
