I have been a customer for 5 years and have never experienced such poor service. I have contacted customer service 11 times and spoken with Drew Hand but the issue remains unresolved. I want to acknowledge that ThemePark Adventures has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $435.33 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $435.33 for a air purifier that never worked properly.
