I purchased a product from The Classic Oasis Ltd. on January 17, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Clementine N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like The Classic Oasis Ltd. to improve their customer service training.

It's now been 14 days since my initial complaint, and The Classic Oasis Ltd. still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their loyalty program.
