I'm writing to complain about the customer service I received from The Classic Oasis Ltd.. After paying $816.18 for product, I found that it discovered hidden fees. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Johan D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect The Classic Oasis Ltd. to take responsibility and deliver the missing items.

May 16, 2025 05:48I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The t-shirt from The Classic Oasis Ltd. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
