Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of Oasis Hospitality for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-3951-BMD-5407) on January 7, 2025, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Oasis Hospitality will address this issue by ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

After my initial complaint, Oasis Hospitality contacted me to troubleshoot the winter coat. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
