Billing dispute with Unified Components Manufacturing

I purchased a membership from Unified Components Manufacturing on April 8, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Peggie L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Unified Components Manufacturing will address this issue by compensate me for the inconvenience.
