I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $544.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Casimer S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm updating my complaint because Elite Works Inc Hangzhou finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the camera, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
