Warranty claim denied by Design Company Tangerang
Complaint Details
On March 11, 2025, I signed up for Design Company Tangerang's subscription service at their Lake Roberta, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $438.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Yazmin M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Design Company Tangerang will address this issue by deliver the missing items.

May 06, 2025 05:46I've received an email from Linda Williams at Design Company Tangerang offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The meal kit was clearly defective from the start.
