Build Group Mexico City provided defective product

On November 26, 2009, I signed up for Build Group Mexico City's technical assistance at their Abernathyfurt, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $279.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sophie N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
