Hidden fees discovered in Prosperity & Services statement
Complaint Details
I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $383.58 on my Prosperity & Services account on December 15, 2024. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Emerald T. who opened case #ORD-9959-GLF-6477. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I would like Prosperity & Services to implement better quality control.

May 20, 2025 05:23I've received an email from Jessica Miller at Prosperity & Services offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The camera was clearly defective from the start.
