Quality issues with Precision Fabrication subscription

I purchased a equipment from Precision Fabrication on May 7, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced received a damaged replacement item. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ashtyn T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Precision Fabrication will address this issue by fix the billing error.

May 19, 2025 05:47I've received an email from Jessica Harris at Precision Fabrication offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The smartwatch was clearly defective from the start.
