I have been a loyal customer of Palace at Comfort for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-1049-SGM-1644) on February 17, 2025, and have encountered experienced website errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Palace at Comfort resolve the technical issues as soon as possible.
