Overcharged by Palace at Comfort for premium support

On December 18, 2024, I signed up for Palace at Comfort's premium support at their South Wade, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include service plan, but after paying $279.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Darrick J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Palace at Comfort extend my warranty period as soon as possible.
