Steel-Assembly refused to address arrived significantly late

I want to report a serious concern with Steel-Assembly's product that I purchased on March 27, 2025 from your Lake Zacheryton, Ohio store. The product has had allergic reaction not warned about despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rashawn M., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like Steel-Assembly to update their return policy.
