Unresolved issue with The Silver Oasis accessory

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1038-TXC-0863 placed with The Silver Oasis on February 24, 2025. I paid $960.18 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Moshe L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like The Silver Oasis to waive the cancellation fees.

Apr 29, 2025 05:19Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $444.10 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customization service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
