I want to report a serious concern with The Silver Oasis's equipment that I purchased on March 20, 2025 from your Kshlerintown, Iowa store. The product has was overcharged for basic service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rogelio D., but my issue remains unresolved. I hope The Silver Oasis will address this issue by honor the advertised price.

I've received an email from Thomas Thompson at The Silver Oasis offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The dress shirt was clearly defective from the start.
