I've been a customer of Bank Holdings for many years with a loan product account. On January 4, 2025, I noticed faced system outages on my statement. When I contacted customer service, D'angelo D. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I expect Bank Holdings to take responsibility and make their terms and conditions clearer.
