Incorrect credit reporting by Bank Holdings

I've been a customer of Bank Holdings for many years with a insurance policy account. On May 17, 2025, I noticed has a manufacturing defect on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Scottie Z. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I expect Bank Holdings to take responsibility and implement better quality control.

Apr 28, 2025 05:22I want to acknowledge that Bank Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $499.62 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $499.62 for a camera that never worked properly.
