Complaint Details

I've been a customer of Bank Holdings for many years with a debit card account. On December 16, 2024, I noticed found unauthorized charges on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Jeramie K. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I would like Bank Holdings to resolve the technical issues.

After my initial complaint, Bank Holdings contacted me to troubleshoot the smartwatch. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
