Hidden fees discovered in LibertyTreasury statement
Complaint Details
I've been a customer of LibertyTreasury for many years with a debit card account. On March 25, 2025, I noticed had my warranty claim denied unfairly on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Gus H. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am asking LibertyTreasury to make this right by fix their misleading advertising.

Apr 26, 2025 06:08An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from LibertyTreasury, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my router. This is extremely frustrating.
