I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $643.84 on my ProsperityFinance Ltd. account on February 3, 2025. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Sonia R. who opened case #ORD-6253-CXM-8580. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I hope ProsperityFinance Ltd. will address this issue by upgrade my service at no additional cost.
