I am writing regarding order #ORD-1105-LQP-8090 placed with Manufacturing & Builders Ipoh on May 19, 2025. I paid $594.76 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Destany W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Manufacturing & Builders Ipoh to take responsibility and fix their misleading advertising.
