I want to report a serious concern with Manufacturing & Builders Ipoh's warranty package that I purchased on December 24, 2024 from your North Kayley, Texas store. The product has was charged incorrectly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Giovani L., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Manufacturing & Builders Ipoh stop their deceptive business practices as soon as possible.
