I am writing regarding order #ORD-8124-JDP-1855 placed with Manufacturing & Builders Ipoh on May 12, 2025. I paid $931.25 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Duane C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Manufacturing & Builders Ipoh to take responsibility and reimburse me for additional expenses.

I want to acknowledge that Manufacturing & Builders Ipoh has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $201.98 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $201.98 for a gaming console that never worked properly.
