I've been a customer of Trust & Partners for many years with a savings plan account. On April 13, 2025, I noticed had repeated billing errors on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Arely K. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I expect Trust & Partners to take responsibility and upgrade my service at no additional cost.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smartwatch from Trust & Partners not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
