I purchased a warranty package from Innovative Construction Inc Enterprises on April 23, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced received poor customer service. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Braulio S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Innovative Construction Inc Enterprises to expedite the delivery of my order.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $287.57 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
