Misleading advertising by Contractors Bros Zapopan

On December 14, 2010, I signed up for Contractors Bros Zapopan's premium plan at their North Ocieshire, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $692.87, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Layne S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
