I've been a customer of Reserve of Summit International for many years with a checking account account. On May 7, 2025, I noticed had my personal information compromised on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Sienna O. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I hope Reserve of Summit International will address this issue by train their staff to be more professional.
