I purchased a equipment from Diamond Palace & Getaways Wuppertal on March 9, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sonya A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Diamond Palace & Getaways Wuppertal to make this right by expedite the delivery of my order.
