On December 6, 2024, I signed up for Diamond Palace & Getaways Wuppertal's support line at their West Daishaland, New York location. I was told that the service would include service plan, but after paying $985.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emmett S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Diamond Palace & Getaways Wuppertal to cancel my account without penalty.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Diamond Palace & Getaways Wuppertal has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their design service.
