Unsatisfactory resolution from Architecture Contractors Enterprises

On January 10, 2025, I signed up for Architecture Contractors Enterprises's support line at their North Cade, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include service plan, but after paying $968.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Winston M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Architecture Contractors Enterprises adjust my account balance as soon as possible.
