Misleading advertising by Machine & Products
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Machine & Products's accessory that I purchased on April 1, 2025 from your Velvachester, New Jersey store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Carmela R., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like Machine & Products to expedite the delivery of my order.
