I purchased a equipment from Dynamic Machine Enterprises on April 14, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lesly O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Dynamic Machine Enterprises will address this issue by replace the defective product.
