I am writing regarding order #ORD-3765-DVD-6772 placed with Dynamic Machine Enterprises on May 21, 2025. I paid $759.05 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced website errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Adriel F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Dynamic Machine Enterprises reimburse me for additional expenses as soon as possible.
