Billing dispute with Dynamic Machine Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2464-FAH-2205 placed with Dynamic Machine Enterprises on December 29, 2024. I paid $702.25 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered received a damaged replacement item. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Roderick K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Dynamic Machine Enterprises to take responsibility and compensate me for the inconvenience.
