I want to report a serious concern with Hotel International Hanover's product that I purchased on January 31, 2025 from your North Serenitymouth, Delaware store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jaleel W., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like Hotel International Hanover to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.
