I am writing regarding order #ORD-7028-TXT-0443 placed with Lodge at Premium on January 15, 2025. I paid $293.2 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zelma H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Lodge at Premium to make this right by offer compensation for the time wasted.

The situation with Lodge at Premium has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the installation service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-F16BA6F0 multiple times.
