I'm writing to complain about the maintenance plan I received from Factories Engineering Ltd.. After paying $412.66 for subscription, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Enola M., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Factories Engineering Ltd. will address this issue by cancel my account without penalty.

May 02, 2025 05:48I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The wireless speaker from Factories Engineering Ltd. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
