I have been a loyal customer of Factories Engineering Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-2278-BRK-0011) on April 25, 2025, and have encountered was charged incorrectly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Factories Engineering Ltd. offer compensation for the time wasted as soon as possible.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Factories Engineering Ltd. has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their personal shopping service.
