I am writing regarding order #ORD-3626-LCY-6347 placed with Factories Engineering Ltd. on March 3, 2025. I paid $848.64 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered failed to receive confirmation. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but London K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Factories Engineering Ltd. to expedite the delivery of my order.
