I purchased a accessory from United Properties on February 17, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Will K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like United Properties to waive the cancellation fees.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The handbag from United Properties not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
