Disappointed with United Properties return policy

I have been a loyal customer of United Properties for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-3052-GYM-4713) on March 23, 2025, and have encountered received the wrong item. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect United Properties to take responsibility and honor the advertised price.
