Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of Golden Suites & Resorts for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-1746-KUN-2546) on January 31, 2025, and have encountered was charged incorrectly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Golden Suites & Resorts will address this issue by ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.
