False promises made by Golden Suites & Resorts representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1858-APA-8184 placed with Golden Suites & Resorts on May 6, 2025. I paid $593.43 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered had my personal information compromised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Allen S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Golden Suites & Resorts to take responsibility and issue a formal apology.

Apr 27, 2025 05:13I've received an email from Elizabeth Thomas at Golden Suites & Resorts offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The jeans was clearly defective from the start.
