Security concern with Mansion at Cozy service

On February 13, 2025, I signed up for Mansion at Cozy's customer service at their Gulgowskihaven, Montana location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $739.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nikko Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Mansion at Cozy correct my personal information as soon as possible.
