I want to report a serious concern with Solid Renovations & Sons Shenzhen's package that I purchased on January 29, 2025 from your Keaganfort, New York store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Noah G., but my issue remains unresolved. I hope Solid Renovations & Sons Shenzhen will address this issue by adjust my account balance.
