I am writing regarding order #ORD-5737-LVL-4265 placed with The Grand Inn Ltd. on December 23, 2024. I paid $901.22 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Isabell W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect The Grand Inn Ltd. to take responsibility and reimburse me for additional expenses.
