I am writing regarding order #ORD-7607-WBE-7808 placed with The Grand Inn Ltd. on April 18, 2025. I paid $609.29 for warranty package, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Josephine F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking The Grand Inn Ltd. to make this right by stop their deceptive business practices.

I want to acknowledge that The Grand Inn Ltd. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $442.54 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $442.54 for a athletic shoes that never worked properly.
