I want to report a serious concern with Pro Builders & Sons São Gonçalo's equipment that I purchased on March 20, 2025 from your West Shirleybury, Wyoming store. The product has was transferred multiple times without resolution despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Bradly G., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Pro Builders & Sons São Gonçalo waive the cancellation fees as soon as possible.
