Complaint Details

I've been a customer of Fund of Prime Corp. for many years with a credit card account. On February 27, 2025, I noticed was charged incorrectly on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Lemuel C. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am requesting that Fund of Prime Corp. make their terms and conditions clearer as soon as possible.

I've received an email from Elizabeth Robinson at Fund of Prime Corp. offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The smartwatch was clearly defective from the start.
